Booking Policies
If you already booked a set in advance and got your nails done in between appointments please let me know so a soak off can be added.
Nails are to be free of severe cracks, blood, any open wounds etc.. if your nail beds are severely damaged, service will be denied (please do not rip off any nail sets done by me or other nail techs, book a soak off).
If more than 15 minutes please let me know as service may need to be altered to fit time allotted.
Cancellations and No Show’s
A card number will be required upon booking. Any unpaid no show fee’s have to be paid for your next appointment to be fully secured!
Clients that do not show to their appointment and did not cancel on the booking website will be charged 100% of the service selected.
If a pattern of multiple cancellations/appointment reschedules happen, a deposit of half the total amount of your service will be required for your appointment to be secured.
